Soil pollution

Soil Pollution:-

Soil pollution is caused by the human made martial ,chemicals and alternation things which they threw in natural soil environment .
Soil pollution is pollution of the Earth's natural land surface by industrial, commercial, domestic and agricultural activities.Soil pollution, also known as land pollution, is defined as the pollution of soil. These days many artificial substances and synthetic pesticides are used for agriculture. Such substances release contaminants that create an imbalance in the soil and also prevent natural growth of the plants cultivated on polluted land. Key factors contributing to soil pollution are sewage pills, hazardous waste, non-sustainable agriculture practice, use of inorganic pesticides, deforestation, strip mining, and certain human activities like dumping and littering.

Causes of Soil pollution:-

  • Chemical and nuclear plants
  • Industrial factories
  • Overcrowded landfills
  • Deforestation
  • Construction debris
  • Oil refineries
  • Human sewage
  • Oil and antifreeze leaking from cars
  • Excessive and indiscriminate usage of chemicals substance, fertilizers and insecticides has decreased soil's fertility.
    • Industries and factories release toxic wastes and chemicals affecting soil integrity.
    • Improper agricultural practices have led to erosion of top soil layers.
    • Deforestation has caused removal of nutrient rich soil layers, decreasing soil fertility.
    • Garbage dumped in wastelands has caused hazardous chemicals, non-degradable material and toxic substances to rot, causing soil contamination.

  Effects of soil pollution:-

Human activities have polluted soil in many ways.Plants depend on top soil layers to derive their nourishment. Being naturally porous  soil allows rainwater to seep through preventing the possibility of floods. Plants produce food through photosynthesis, a crucial process for sustaining life. Plants also release tons of oxygen into the atmosphere, a gas vital for our survival. They remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, acting as natural air purifiers. Any disturbance to soil fertility will lead to death of plants, in turn throwing the entire ecosystem out of gear.

Effects of soil pollution on plants :-

Vegetation growing on contaminated ground process dangerous substances. Creatures eating these plants die due to food harming. People who consume such vegetation is similarly affected.

Air pollution

Air Pollution:-

Air pollution is the release into the weather of substances, particles of scientific materials that cause pain illnesses , or loss of life to human , harm the habitat or built environment. It is also harm the life of living things.

Causes of Air Pollution:-

  • Acid rain
  • Noise pollution from cars and vehicles
  • power plant
  • Tobacco smoke
  • Large ships
  • Paint fumes
  • Wildfires
  • Nuclear weapons
Bad effects of air pollution

Air Pollution Effects:-

Due to air pollution ,people face problems.

Most buyers are passing away because of some medical relevant diseases. One reason of such loss of life is the air contamination. Air contamination is in fact accountable for the many significant wellness results. Every year, the wellness of numerous individuals is damaged or set in chance of annihilation by air contamination.
Many different ingredients in the air have an impact on the body system in really adverse ways. Just how fed up individuals will become has been based on what ingredients they are revealed to, in what stages, and for how long.
Who are extremely vulnerable to the diseases introduced about by this ecological problem The response is the senior citizens are the ones who are very vulnerable to diseases designed by air contamination. More intense, those senior citizens with center or bronchi conditions are under further danger. But still, kids and babies are also at severe danger.
Since individuals are revealed to so many possibly dangerous contaminants, it is a lot hard to know exactly which contaminants are accountable and accountable for resulting in illness. It is often challenging to cut off those contaminants that are at responsibility. This is because an assortment of unique contaminants can step up illness.
What are the air contaminants that have side results not only to natural environments but also to humans?
One is as well as monoxide; this is a gas and is in air. High stages of co are critical to people and, sorry to say, it can not be discovered out by people because they could not flavor or fragrance it and can not see it.
Another is sulfur dioxide which is also a gas. It is imperceptible and has a nasty, distinct fragrance. sulfur dioxide responds quickly with other ingredients in developing dangerous ingredients, such as sulfuric acidity, sulfurous acidity, and sulfate contaminants.
Nitrogen dioxide, a nasty-smelling gas, is another pollutant. Some nitrogen dioxide is normally established in the weather through super and some could also be designed by vegetation, ground, and water. On the other hand, only about 1% of the quantity of nitrogen dioxide that is discovered in our cities' air is designed this way.

How to Prevent Air Pollution :-

  • The variety one way to prevent contamination is simply strolling or bike more and produce less. This stops types of from destructive the air. Here are some other methods to prevent air pollution:
  • Carpool with buddies and coworkers
  • Don't smoke
  • Use a power or power trimmer rather than a gas-powered one
  • Don't use serious material washing alternatives that can launch fumes
  • Inspect your gas devices and heaters regularly
  • Keep your car maintenance up-to-date
  • If you have to produce, do your projects at one time
  • Don't buy items that come in aerosol implement cans
  • Avoid using lighting style fluid when food preparation outside
  • When you produce rate up progressively and use holiday control
  • Always alternative your car air filter

Pollution

Environment before Pollution:-

Pleasent environment before pollution:-

Gone are the times when there was beautiful peace and tranquility in life.Life was very simple , easy and pure and time proceeded  at its own pace. We like to see the pleasant view of rivers, forests and greenery around us.
Now after pollution our environment is not clean:-

But now a days , our surrounding is not  clean and beautiful. We see our cities crowded with houses , buildings, factories, cars or buses when we go out.We can smell smoke coming from factories and vehicles and the stinking smell coming from garbage dumps. When we go out we hear loud noise coming from the traffic, construction works, machines running in workshops, aeroplane , flying overhead or loud music.
We see open drains overflowing, garbage thrown around everywhere, we see sewage and factory water released into our rivers and lakes , making them dirty. We see the air full of smoke and dust.

Pollution mean:-

Contamination is the release of a toxic into the surroundings. Contamination is brought on by commercial and commercial waste, farming methods, daily human actions and such as, ways of transport. No matter where you go and what you do, there are remains of pollution. Contamination has a damaging effect on any living patient in an atmosphere, making it almost difficult to maintain life.
  • The act or process of the state of being polluted, especially the contamination of soil water , or the atmosphere by the discharge of harmful substance.
  • The process in or introduction into the environment of a substance or thing that has a harmful or poisonous effects.

Types of  Pollution:-

There are three basic types of Pollution:-

And some other types which are included in types of pollution:-
